Yonifeel est n\u00e9 pour aider les femmes qui souffrent chaque mois, chaque semaine ou m\u00eame chaque jour. Avoir des r\u00e8gles douloureuses n'est pas une fatalit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n

Je n\u2019avais jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la douleur de ces femmes avant 2020, ann\u00e9e durant laquelle j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un cercle de femmes et o\u00f9 j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que chacune des femmes pr\u00e9sentes autour de moi pr\u00e9sentaient des douleurs durant leur cycle de menstruation et m\u00eame en dehors. J\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que certaines femmes devaient suivre un agenda en fonction de leur cycle hormonal ou que certaines journ\u00e9es elles \u00e9taient pli\u00e9es en 2 par la douleur.
